Whenever I am afraid

Standard

Psalm 56:3-4 – “Whenever I am afraid, I will trust You.  In God (I will praise His word), In God I have put my trust; I will not fear.  What can flesh do to me?” (NKJV)

The psalmist does not say, “If something ever scares me,” he says, “Whenever I am afraid.”  Fear is a natural human reaction to danger.  God does not tell us to ignore our fears, but to bring them to Him.
